Lucas Haddock Interviews JCB Apprentice Tilly Beene

Lucas Haddock speaks to Tilly Beene about her experience as an apprentice at JCB.

Tilly has just started the third year of her degree apprenticeship and has held many different roles, including marketing, project management and being part of the large excavator team.

Tilly said: 'I wasn't keen on attending university full-time. I wasn't interested in it because I wanted to get into a business and learn how they work, and JCB gave me the perfect opportunity to do that."

The CPA Stars of the Future Awards present the perfect opportunity to reward and recognise apprentices. Nominations will open for the 2025 Awards in January.
