CPA/Lighthouse Club #MakeItVisible Welfare and Wellbeing Webinar - Zoom Recording Now Available

With the Christmas period rapidly approaching, Christmas can be a time of year that places extra pressure on many of us.

The CPA has joined forces with the Lighthouse Club, the only charity 100% dedicated to providing emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families, to raise awareness of the #MakeItVisible campaign - the free welfare and wellbeing support available to everyone in construction.

On Tuesday 12th December, the CPA hosted a 1 hour zoom webinar in conjunction with the Lighthouse Club to tell attendees more about the #MakeItVisible campaign and the support pathways available. The zoom recording can be accessed above.

We want to ensure that CPA members are aware of all the support available through the Lighthouse Charity’s charitable services, including the many routes to support and free wellbeing training to meet the needs of everyone in your business. 

Research shows that stress, depression, or anxiety accounts for 27% of all work-related illness in construction. Tragically, two construction workers in the UK take their own lives each day. The mission of the Lighthouse Club is to ensure that no construction worker or their family feels alone in a crisis, and that they get the support they need.
