As CPA members might be aware, CITB registered employers, ahead of the main Consensus later next year, have an opportunity to have a say in the future of our industry by sharing their views on the draft Levy Proposals for 2026-2029 as part of the process called Consensus. 

What is Consensus?

Consensus is a crucial process where CITB registered employers can influence how the CITB Levy is invested to support the skills needs of our industry. Employers’ input helps ensure that the Levy continues to deliver real value, addressing the challenges and opportunities we face together.
