Celebrating Plant Hire Week - Video Clip 2 - Working in Rental for a Sustainable Future

It’s day two of Plant Hire Week and we’ve loved seeing the support of this week-long celebration! Designed to promote our industry across the whole of Europe, this is an annual event that forms part of European Rental Week created by the European Rental Association (ERA).

The overall theme of Plant Hire Week is ‘Working in Rental for a Sustainable Future’ and in today’s video clip we’re putting the spotlight on some of the amazing winners from the CPA Stars of the Future apprentice awards which took place earlier this year.

The winners tell us about their journey in the plant-hire sector so far. Featured are Bethan Whittaker who won National Plant Mechanic of the Year, Morgan Wardle of Banks Plant Solutions who won National Plant Technician of the Year, Millie Scott-Young of Sunbelt Rentals who won Hire Controller of the Year, Josh Jones of L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage who won Young Plant Operative of the Year and Reece Stray of L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage who won Plant Operative of the Year. Nomination forms for the Stars of the Future 2025 Awards will be on the CPA website in January 2025.
