Steve Mulholland Takes Part in ‘The Big Construction Debate’

CPA Chief Executive Officer Steve Mulholland was one of the leaders across the UK construction industry invited to participate in ‘The Big Construction Debate’ with parliamentarians at this year’s Labour Party Conference in Liverpool.

Chaired by Chloe McCulloch, Editorial Director of Building Magazine, the debate addressed two of the biggest challenges facing the sector: skills shortages and low productivity – both of which threaten the delivery of the Government’s ambitions to build 1.5 million new homes, retrofit five million properties, and invest in vital national infrastructure.
