Last week, the CPA hosted a Roundtable Dinner Discussion at the Institute of Directors in London.
The event centred on the CPA’s latest industry report, Half-Built Britain: Unlocking the Nation’s Infrastructure Growth Plans, produced in collaboration with Oxford Economics.
It provided a valuable forum for engaging with senior industry leaders and policymakers, offering first-hand insights from across the construction sector and political landscape, while highlighting the vital role of the plant-hire industry in driving economic growth.
Guest speaker Richard Tice MP, Deputy Leader of Reform UK, and formerly involved in housebuilding and civil engineering, shared his perspectives on the growth agenda and the importance of construction and plant-hire in supporting economic development.
