The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) are, through their Jobcentre Plus, providing support to employers in helping recruit the right people for their businesses.
Employers can:
- Access their no-fee recruitment service and tailored support from a dedicated Employer Adviser to find talent that delivers;
- Businesses can list vacancies on their online jobs board, ‘Find a Job’;
- As businesses value young people’s contributions, Jobcentre Plus Employer Advisers can help employers provide opportunities to young people including training, apprenticeships, work experience and sector-based work academy programmes.
They are further offering a range of funded programmes and incentives to help employers benefit from meaningful opportunities for young people aged 16 to 24.
