CPA Mobile Crane (Wheeled) and Mobile Crane (Crawler) – Operator Checks – Daily and Weekly Record
These pads of operator daily and weekly checks forms are produced by the CPA as an aid to crane owners and users in achieving the minimum requirements for compliance with the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER). They are in printed in a carbon-copy format comprising of 50 pages, with separate pads available for either wheeled cranes or crawler cranes.
They can be purchased by both CPA members and non-members, with a member and non-member rate applied accordingly.
