Please note: If you wish to apply for 'Full Membership' of the Rail Plant Association Ltd, your Company must also be a member of the Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA). RPA 'Full Membership' is suited to plant hire/rental companies hiring out plant and equipment into the rail infrastructure. The RPA 'Full Membership' subscription fee is payable annually in addition to the CPA membership subscription. The RPA 'Associate Membership' enables Companies to benefit from the full services of both the RPA and CPA, however, RPA Associate Member Companies are not eligible to use any of the CPA Model Conditions or RPA Conditions 2023 for hiring plant. RPA Associate Membership is suited to companies who have a vested interest in the rail plant-hire sector but are not directly involved in the hiring of plant and equipment (e.g. OEMs/Machine Converters, Maintenance / Servicing providers, Software Solutions companies, Plant Training Services etc).
